Yes, we have a catalogue. Our wide range of products, along with all the appropriate information can be found on our website.

Our amber goods will accompany a certificate of authenticity, established by JSC Dalios gintaras (please ask for it).

For all queries regarding orders you can send an email to [email protected] mentioning your order or you can give us a call at the following number (+370) 46 322264 or +370 698 05698. Our working hours are 8 am to 5 pm (+2GMT time zone). We are closed on Sundays and Saturdays.

You may cancel the order you have confirmed within 3 days of order confirmation, please contact us for more information.

Generally the delivery period would be within 30 to 45 days. We will keep you informed as to when it will be delivered to you within this time frame.

We work with UPS, DHL, DPD, EMS and other companies.

Minimum order quantity is 10 pieces.

Any Goods which you believe are defective must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase (please inform us). For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on worn earrings or body jewelry. We recommend using recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage. Returns are sent at your own expense.
